Zaw Myint Htoo is the founder and Group CEO of IME. He also leads the Executive Management Board and chairs Audit Risk Compliance Committee. As the leader of the group, Zaw Myint Htoo is responsible for setting the strategic directions, leading the management team, and oversee the group performance. With his clear vision, and commitment to building a responsible and sustainable business for Myanmar, he was able to strengthen the group’s capacity and prepare the group to be ready for more challenging enviroments await ahead.
He had been awarded Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA.
Swan Htet Aung is a cofounder of IME and is a member of Executive Management Board. He holds the position of Senior Executive Vice President and is the Chief Operating Officer of the IME Construction Co.,Ltd and Southern World Mining Co.,Ltd. Under his leardership, IME Construction completed the 80,000 Sq. Meter The Leaf Residence & Tower Project within budget and on schedule, and SWM successfully explore a Tin & Tungsten mines and was granted mining concession by the Myanmar government.
Swan Htet Aung has been awarded a bachelor degree of M.B.B.S from University of Medicine, Yangon, Myanmar and also hold the Master of Business Administration from Assumption University, Thailand.
Nyi Nyi Latt is a cofounder of IME and is a member of Executive Management Board. He holds the position of Executive Vice President and is the Chief Operating Officer of IME International Co.,Ltd. Under his leadership, IME International grows rapidly and today IME International play a major role in Myanmar agricultural machinery industry, and TBR tyre industry.
He has been awarded a bachelor degree of M.B.B.S from University of Medicine, Yangon, Myanmar, and
Master of Business Administration from Assumption University, Thailand.
Hong Chin Pang holds the position of Executive Vice President and is the Chief Operating Officer of IME
Property Co.,Ltd., which is the real-estate division of the group. He joined IME Construction in 2013 as
project director and became COO of IME Property in 2016. His construction knowledge made him a
better property developer. Under his leadership, IME Property completed the group 1 st ever real estate
development “The Leaf Residence & Tower” which is about 80,000 Sq. Meter in size.
He had been awarded a bachelor degree of M.B.B.S from University of Medicine, Mandalay, Myanmar.
